Library Reading Morning with Parents
Between Tuesday 3rd June and Thursday 5th June 2014, Foundation and Key Stage 1 parents were invited in to read with their children in the mornings. Parents were given the opportunity to see what the school reading environment was like, as well as, having the chance to see the range of reading resources available at our school. Children were able to share their favourite book and show their parents how much progress they have made in their reading! Feedback from this event was very positive and we are looking forward to more ways to involve parents in their child's education.
The morning went really well, it was really nice to come in and interact with the children during the school day. My child enjoyed it very much and was motivated. A brilliant thing to do.

I definitely enjoyed it, my child was really happy! This should happen more often.
